• Status and intent documentation
• Relationship and authorization history
• GuestGuard temporary guest authorization
• Away / Presence documentation where applicable
• Event Ledger / Audit Timeline
• Corrections and continuity history
• Controlled Live Link / record views where applicable
• Role-scoped visibility

What you see depends on your role, relationship, and context. DocuStay documents what was recorded in the system; it does not provide legal advice, eviction services, or determine legal occupancy rights.

Community & Service Discount

We want DocuStay to be accessible to people who serve their communities and those working toward their future. Eligible military members and veterans, first responders, educators, students, and healthcare professionals can request special discounted pricing.

• Approved discount eligibility lasts for 12 months.
• The discount may be renewed by contacting DocuStay.
• Eligibility verification may be required.
• During this early stage, requests are reviewed individually.
